Its way better then my gps unit

Tried them all, Google still the best. Your location often imperfect, some other issues. But always improving and ultra essential.

This took me right to spot I wanted to go without delay. Reliable.

When I first got this app I set my address as home, with one of your many updates you decided I dont live where I say I do and moved my house marker to another street!! You did the same thing to my husband! You say our house is like 300 yards away! We live in a mobile home park that got the street names changed years ago and you still show the old names! Fix it so our house shows in the proper spot!!

Whats with the new foreign womans voice for the directions? I can barely understand her! :-(

What happened? I always use the app and ever since new update always has trouble finding my position. I was recently on a trip and i got lost because the gps would crap out and reroute. Thank God i had my old gps in car. Please fix it up

Lives up to the hype. I love that I can add public transit trips to my calendar. Shows your upcoming events! Pure magic.

It stays updated with road changes and other useful information in real time.

Can barely hear the announcer even with the volume all the way up!!!

Perfect app for travelers

Continuously takes you on toll roads. No easy way to turn this off when navigating. The default is to take you on every toll road. Option to turn off tolls is deeply buried in the app to the point where I can never find it.

Use it all the time. Rarely any issues. It is about time speed limits be added. Seriously. The only reason I use a GPS unit on long trips instead of this app is for the speed limits. Constantly finding myself using this app for directions and at the same time opening Waze just to peek at the speed limit. Get on it!

Ive now used in both Android and iOS and it is by far the best map app.

The other day I was trying to find my way around Bogota, and I noticed that Apple map doesnt have some of the streets and roads that I was looking for so I switched to Google map. Google has everything, even the restaurants/bars/coffee shops were at exact location. Apple Map is probably great for North America only.

Doesnt give fastest route/ reroutes mid navigation. Way too confusing especially while driving.

Very easy to use. There shouldnt be any other GPS maps other then this

Google Maps has a lot of innovative approaches and incredible functionalities which are helpful to people in many ways. It is a discovery and learning tool and you can find out where you are and where you want to go next. In addition, you can search and view the whole world and plan based on what you learn which is a unique opportunity. It is truly gratifying to use and to have Google Maps.

Used this app for years. Now it will not voice the directions on a consistent basis. The only reason I know that I will have to make a turn is the radio cuts out on the Bluetooth connection. It does not tell what the maneuver I need to make, just silence. This is a very inconsistent issue. About 1 in 5 times it will voice the directions, but my no means always. Have tried deleting the application and re-installing. No good. Will move on. iPhone 6s Plus running 10.3.2

So this app is great, but where did the share feature go? Not my location, but I want to share the location of somewhere I want to go with a friend. And its nowhere to be found. Wth? Why remove this feature?
