Bad Apple Watch support

The title says it. If you use an Apple Watch dont depend on the watch face, use the phone. 2 turns later its still on the first street I was to turn on. Just super laggy I guess. Can you plz update the watch support? This is my favorite GPS app but Apple maps is the only one with Decent support and I hate that app! Thanks.
