Pls stop making this app worse!

Loved Google Maps but have been frustrated by updates that are making it less user friendly. Used to be able to swipe the top to see the next turns with a nice a big graphic of what the turn was going to look like. Now you touch the top to see a hard to see list of next turns which I cant see while driving.
