Whats going on, Google?

I agree with other recent reviews: Ive been using Google Maps for a long time, probably 8 years, and the recent version is terrible. What the heck has happened to google maps? Its worse than Apple Maps.

I use the app 3-4 days a week for work and already its gotten me lost twice this week. Sadly, this has been happening for a couple months. Either its telling me to turn the wrong direction or it just suddenly stops working and Im forced to pull over and figure out where to go.
