I rely on this app!?

Okay so for the last couple of days Ive had this problem. Its quite frustrating. I set a destination and press to navigate. It does not pick up my location and navigates in a totally different place. I heavily rely on this app because I drive a lot for my business. So to have this problem is most excruciating.
I dont trust any other navigation app for the iPhone platform. I will have to seek other help if this continues.
