Fix the re-routing issue

A week ago I would have given the app 5 stars without a second thought. But for three days now it has been stuck on re-routing. It keeps trying to put me where I am not or it cant determine where I am at all. I have tried disabling and re- enabling location services, turning the phone on and off, uninstalling and re-installing the app. Nothing has worked. I have sent feedback twice and nothing. Please fix the issue.
