Widget (nearby traffic not working)

Widget started working after a few removal/reinstall & app update

iOS 10.1.1 + 6S plus. Nearby traffic widget worked only for one day-was useful/convenient when working. Now it displays blank. If clicked, it goes to world wide map showing African continent. It seems failing to pick up the current location - tried various location/etc access privileges. None worked.
