Bad customer service response

I cant anyone to respond to request to get my address fixed on here. I even tried google to hone support to see if they could point me in the right direction. It recognizes my street but as soon as I add my house number on there it shows a house 20mins south of me. I think a lot of companies mailing system and gps work off of google maps which would explain why my mail keeps getting sent there. Please someone from google read this and help me out.
