Please fix GPS

Ive used Google Maps on my Galaxy for a year with no problems, i recently switched to an iPhone and downloaded this app. Firstly, every time I set a destination and press "go" the arrow points the wrong way and when I start moving, it kicks back and forth like the GPS is having a hard time tracking me. This is an issue with this app, not my phone, gosh, I already switched my iPhone because of this problem, yet it still persists. Apples built in maps accurately shows my location, so as Waze. Please fix this problem.
