What’s happening? It’s getting worse, not better?

With the new “upgrade” it is freezing more, the voice is not playing over my car’s Bluetooth even though the call is active (does that make sense), and functionality seems limited. When I was in San Francisco recently, it worked perfectly and even showed speed limits when driving. When here at home in the Midwest, nope. I used to love the app but I’m now looking for an alternative.
