Google Maps App Reviews

This app is always my first resource for getting directions anywhere near home or far away, by car or public transportation. Love this app!

Missing features and making navigation and traffic reviewing are real great upgrades in this version. Another Google product that has me thinking back to that old adage "if it aint broke dont fix it"

Garret Williams gave me the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Normally I buy from Monroe and drove all the way to City to deal with Garret specifically. If youre looking for the best deal in town with the best customer service go see him.

The staff is awesome and efficient. I thought I needed 2 units but when the truck was offloading we realized we needed more space. Laura quickly found us another close by and we did not loose any time.

Overall 4 1/2 stars due to ease of use, clean GUI, good mix of available options (download, street views, other...). Occasional hiccups and freezing on iPad Air2. Primary change request would be to not have ALL of my activities analyzed, shared, sold... Apple, Google, and other apps/platforms, that have become integral tools associated with and have become a normal part of our everyday lives, should allow for more Consumer/End-User privacy options. Ranting a bit. Overall, Maps is a solid too....

Love the app. I wish it could run in the background on IPhone but nonetheless I love the app!

Newest update is crap. Keeps getting my starting location wrong and is constantly rerouting without actually giving me directions. Deleted!

Tells you to make turn way to much. So distracting.

When Im not at my house and Im trying to navigate somewhere, it sets my starting location at my house even when I put "My Location". Please fix this bug.

It will just change directions on me. Like it is not sure which way I should go. So has some kinks

Was in Vegas for the weekend and spent about 2 hours more driving around town than we should have because of this app. We would be driving and out of nowhere the map would put us in a completely different area rendering any of the directions on it useless. Had to completely close the app and retype the destination. Which obviously was too long to wait in Vegas traffic. Also said we were 5 miles away but would take us an hour and a half to get there. A paper map would have been more helpful.

Works great.

Navigation wont work when using with Lyft or Uber. The navigation continues to say "Rerouting" but never actually navigates. Serious bug!!

Iphone 7s:Usually works well til about a wk ago. My location shows if i press the blue location button on right corner so I know it can find me but if i choose "my location " on the "from" line, it shows a different location and precedes to show directions from there. If I press the blue button first it continuously reroutes...beyond frustrating ?. Already did the "Settings-General-Reset-Reset location" -didnt work :(

I always come back to this app when I need up to date and accurate directions. Better than my GPS units.

What the f google please fix this app the new update wont let me re route my path!

Last update on May 11 2017 Starts me off at the wrong location. Uses a white dot as my current while the blue dot is ignored. Apple maps and other gps works fine. The last update messed things up

Google maps are great. Always there when you need them. Always reliable. I love them and use than all the time.

I used this app for long times but after I downloaded new version I faced with problem into my location and direction

Since the most recent update the "Your current location" is no longer my current location but some saved address!!
