Easy to use, very reliable so far, plus previews the directions with route steps so you know where youre going before you have to get on the road. Apple Maps does not do this and itis annoying. Love the app, much improved.

Best app

Pathetic app that doesnt show you direction you are going, and doesnt store addresses you searched in the past.

Use to love this app but now you cant depend on it to get you no where.

So much better than Apples built in offering. Gives great realtime traffic and travel estimates that Apple Maps just doesnt compete with.

Thanks for a great app! The addition of timeline view to the ios app has been long awaited, I am stoked to be able view it directly in the app.

Current location not updating. If I want to stop my route to make a detour I shouldnt have to clear everything out and search again for my current location to update!

A lot of the places are not exactly as they show on the map but I enjoy sending in fix request

Also wants to go up streets that have been closed for weeks for construction. Huge detours generally ensue. Waze is more reliable in terms of realistic routes.

Ive used Google Maps on my Galaxy for a year with no problems, i recently switched to an iPhone and downloaded this app. Firstly, every time I set a destination and press "go" the arrow points the wrong way and when I start moving, it kicks back and forth like the GPS is having a hard time tracking me. This is an issue with this app, not my phone, gosh, I already switched my iPhone because of this problem, yet it still persists. Apples built in maps accurately shows my location, so as Waze. I cant say that I have had any issues with my app at all. It works like a charm!

Toll avoids option is gone now.! Every time before I start navigation it should pop up there but no. Online they say they got new ability to save user preferences but how to change it no menu is not popping up.

I am constantly having issues with this app when Ive never had them before. I pretty much have to kill the app from the background and then open it at least twice before it starts working. My issues are just random freezing, it will find the destination and when you click start it will just hang one the overview of the route and doesnt zoom in to your location (but after killing it and opening again that same destination is in the recent places at least), constant rerouting issues, the voice guide will just either say the same thing like five times or will start rapping because she cuts herself off like "cont... cont... cont... cont... stay on us 101 for 5 miles... continue on the..." I will have issues with the sound saying its muted and I cant enable it because iPhone volume is to low after turning it off silent and checking the sound is all the way up with the volume rocker and confirming its all the way up from the quick menu by sliding up from the bottom of the screen and then left to see the music tab. Ive also had issues with it not following me and then not showing a recenter button and if you dont notice this is happening then the voice guidance doesnt trigger so Im often finding myself passing turns only to have a rap battle with her. Ive never used apple maps and all my stuff is google but man this app is really trying me recently. Please for the love of all things holy fix these issues.

First time I used navigation on map it gave me wrong directions from my house to the main road I needed to drive to my destination. Navigation map added 5 miles to a one mile drive. That was only its first mistake. ETA showed 17 hours 20 minutes. It is actually about 1 hour 15 minutes. I needed to know which way to turn on my destination street an hour away. Going to another navigation system. I thought I would try Google-Wrong thing to do. I wish I could give 0 stars. Wasted time.

Today is Labor Day. When doing a search for bus schedule, I was given the daily bus routes. Since today is a holiday, the times are different then weekdays and holidays. Please fix this problem.......

App worked fine for sometime, except this one time sending me on a wild gees chase for confused location. Other than that I always consulted the app and it always helped me right directions. But now it crashes as soon as I touched on it . Google please fix this

Issue is now fixed - thanks! When I try to navigate and use my current location as the starting location, it instead seems to always choose my home or work location as the starting location. If I logout it works fine.
