Plain and simple

Horrible bugs. Keeps rerouting for no reason. Almost got lost.

Every few months it will get super glitchy and tell me that it will take me a ridiculous amount of time to get somewhere like 16 hours to get to a place in my city thats only like 20 minutes away and it doesnt help if I put in my exact location by hand or if I just use the my location option! Really annoying.

Its very interesting for me a lat off deferents between middle east countries and European countries in quality. i like it its very Useful app for finding address but the route finder for best way is funny ????not good like google translator but Im not hopeless in near future they can solve the problem. I hope

I love using Google Maps, more than Apple Maps, but you removed the Apple Watch app for seemingly no reason and with no warning at all. I used the Apple Watch version of Google Maps on a daily if not hourly basis. Im am very unhappy. Ill be switching over to Apple Maps until you bring back the Apple Watch app.

I just finished a cross country from San Diego to Tampa, and this app saw me through all the way.

The only way to be able to get around Atlanta. Especially, for a Nashville gal.

I am Bangladeshi. In my childhood family members were worried to give permission to visit any unknown places. Even I was always felt little bit worried to visit any unknown place till 2004 ?❗️. But now, the world even the total universe is in my hand! Yes ? On last 23rd March 2017 at very first time of our life, me and my spouse came Bangalore, India for our infertility treatment under the Padma Shree Dr. Kamini A Rao. Before coming here weve used google maps to locate hospital, hotel, restaurants, pharmacy, shops, shopping mall, supermarkets, temple and every other things which will be needed. Bangalore became very known place to us before coming. After arriving in airport I have found a cab and guided cab driver towards my hotel! Now a days I, like every others cant think me without google!

Why in the world did you guys change the app when youre driving somewhere why is it pointing in the opposite direction I wont be using the app until this issue gets fixed when youre driving it should be pointing in the direction which youre going

This is so good because my wife no longer has to ask me to write her step-by-step instructions when she has to go to new place or revisit places that she had not been for a while!

Today I had James clean my windows at my business great service awesome job.

Lately it seems that the map does not orient itself properly on my phone....it fixed for a short time after I updated the app...now its back to its old ways...I miss my ol reliable google maps...

I am on a trip right now that I have routed myself. There are several routes to my destination, but I have chosen a specific route for specific reasons. This is my first time using the Google Maps app, instead of Apple Maps, and my route has been automatically changed multiple times. I am not watching the app 100% of the time, so a prompt offering to cancel the route change is very insufficient. The default behavior should be to prompt to make the change, not cancel a change. I am switching back to Apple Maps until this change functionality is disabled or users have the option to disable it in the settings.
