since the update the sound of the "lady" giving directions is extremely low even with the volume of the device turn al the way up. needs to be fixed asap please

Ive been on your forum for most things and a good half of the time theyre fixed. Its still has a lot of unanswered questions but as of late they get fixed eventually but I find it a little irritating when a update worsens the situation rather then improve. Example the second most recent one but for now 3 stars.

I never write reviews but I feel like I have to. Ive been trying to update this app for over a week and it fails EVERY time. Very inconvenient and I want it fixed or Ill have to delete.

Cant believe that you can no longer search a particular location for a particular type of store or service other than the menu items given!!! So frustrating that it appears that you no longer build an itinerary from this app of several particular stores/locations! Also it appears that you can no longer drag driving map to alternate suggested routes, if, for example, you want to take a more scenic rather than fastest route, or avoid highways.

This used to be a great maps up but lately its been really crappy. I cant use it without out it thinking I suddenly got off the highway and into a street causing it to reroute me. It will also say hey take this exit nah jk I really mean this one oh and btw its a left exit. Please make this app better.

I have always loved Google Maps, and this lady update now has me scrambling!! Shows me the route, but after pushing start, it no longer connects to my location! Pretty scary when you are on the road and thats all you have to go on!!

I like using my phone in English but, there is no control within google maps to choose spoken language while navigating and the local street names become nonsense jibberish.

This app is far better than Apples built in app! Does really well with noticing construction on highways, especially here in Texas on farm roads and highways in the middle of nowhere! Also estimates arrival times very well!

This little blue school, situated across from the beautiful Pacific Ocean, is near and dear to my heart. At present, my three grandchildren attend Wilkinson.... four in August. It is a joy to see them thrive and its because Wilkinson School offers a truly nurturing academic environment. A great place for kids!

THis app is fairly good unless youre walking somewhere. For some reason it cant differentiate direction. Also, it redirects your route mid-drive sometimes so be prepared! It rerouted me 3 times on the same path...

I cant anyone to respond to request to get my address fixed on here. I even tried google to hone support to see if they could point me in the right direction. It recognizes my street but as soon as I add my house number on there it shows a house 20mins south of me. I think a lot of companies mailing system and gps work off of google maps which would explain why my mail keeps getting sent there. Please someone from google read this and help me out.
