All that is Free ?! Great So Happy.

I have been a customer for many years and had some problems trying to pay my bill or get ahold of someone. But since the new management it has been, I have had no problems and he has always been so very helpful. Thank you they have been very professional. Easy to contact and friendly.

Ive been using maps for years but the new, "theres a faster route available" that pops up as well as comes through the Bluetooth (while on calls) is distracting, annoying, disturbing to any call you might be on, or music you are listening to. I could get behind a suggestion one time while on a trip, where it saved you at least 20% of the trip time, but it will constantly harass you every time you could save one or two minutes, with "faster routes". When you decline (which requires you to find your phone and click decline, while driving btw, then it will ask again five minutes later. There is no disable functionality, so this app is now causing more accidents then helping.

The release notes should read: - this app is not free, its 89 cents - dear Apple, please use your 30% cut to invest in and improve your maps - we hope this crowdsourcing action will make your maps at least 30% as good as our maps ;) Im joking, cheer up Apple and open your stash vault :) Also: great move to remove watch app. Watch itself is pretty useless besides some notifications.

We all have to use both Apple and Google apps - why make it so difficult? For what I spend on electronics and apps, I should not be part of this ridiculous war. Set an example and just maybe our government will follow. Most of us want to get along and want what is best for us all - thats called compromise. In case you arent paying attention - there is revolution brewing everywhere; and our youth who are very technologically savvy, and more often than not dont worship the all mighty corporate dollar. I have no doubt that the "Millennials" or whatever the following group (if we still have a world) is called will come up with solutions that will make your ludicrous Apple/Google war unimportant. Are short term profits that important to yall? You either get it or you dont. Laws against using our phones actively while driving are in place in many - and soon most - states. If youre not part of the solution - you guessed it: youre part of the problem.

This used to be one of the best maps. Now it wont even give me directions, the most futile function it was made for! It just stays at the place I opened maps up at while Im driving down the road and only works right after missing a turn, if Im even that lucky. Please fix this

Tried other maps and this is clearly the best.

This app used to be a really good app, but for some reasons, it has been getting worse. It doesnt provide direction as quick as it used to. It doesnt update the road as well as it used to. For example, it cant give me the new directions when the street is under construction. I have gotten lost a few times because the app could not update the streets. Disappointing.

This is much better than regular paper map.

Google maps trumps IPhone (apple) apps hands down. This app is awesome.

More than just a map! Access to information about the site at the finger tip! An import of "my best friend"- GOOGLE!!!!!!

My go to, that takes me everywhere, when I need to get anywhere, and I didnt opt for the Navi. System in my car, didnt need it.. My phone and this App is all I need for directions. Now if only it knew all the short cuts.. hmmm!!

Jayme is an awesome sales person at Reeds. She knew exactly what I was looking for without even knowing. Mind you I have walked in this store a hundred times not finding what I desired and end up not purchasing anything and shes always was patient and kind. I was looking for something for my mothers anniversary death, a piece of jewelry that I can look at and remember the love between a mother and daughter never dies but live on FOREVER. As I waited for her awesome boss Jo-Jo cleaned my pandora bracelet I began to converse with Jayme. We discovered we had something in common, which is the worse type of pain one could ever endure, which is the loss of a mother. Jayme has lost both parents, and I will pray her strength continues. On the other hand. Jayme stated, "let me show you something, that I know your going to like." Mind you I didnt ask her anything but what I knew I already desired. It was two hearts that had "mother" and "daughter" on one side and "Your Are Always in My Heart" on the other side. PERFECT!!! Exactly what I been desiring for almost a year now. Nothing say something special when it have meaning. Her boss was just as awesome and helpful. ❤️❤️❤️

These recent updates have made it difficult to navigate - having to take an extra step for finding alternative routes by having to accessing a drop down menu is cumbersome and inconvenient. Also, the app seems to not read the compass right or follow my location accurately.

This is the best app ever!!
