Google maps is amazing it always helps me when I’m lost and always find me unlike Apple Maps who can consistently get me Lost which I do not enjoy being especially in the country or in some far out the middle of nowhere! So thank you Google maps I love you

App worked fine in Dec 2017 stopped working sometime thereafter. Google maps doesn’t know where I am or the direction pointer is pointing the wrong way. Other apps like IOS Maps or weather radar know where I am perfectly.

I already sent an email to google support. The app is not working properly. Doesn’t gove the right location. I use the app since ever but last 5-6 fays IDK what happen. I already check settings and everything. The location is never the correct, for ex if go in highway the blue sign indicating where I am is always half mile out of the road.

I almost died TWICE now, driving with under the guidance of this app - not realizing that the Traffic setting gets disabled each time you close and re-open the app!

When arriving at a destination and navigation ends, if left open, the current google maps app stays awake and does not let the iPhone turn off its display. This has the potential to completely drain the battery if one were to slip the phone into their pocket and not notice that google has completely highjacked their phone display sleep setting. If I am not actively navigating or touching the screen, please give me the option to honor my phone’s display auto-off setting.

For a company with a $718 billion market cap, this app (while used by nearly everyone) needs several updates. It freezes all the time and sometimes prefers to be a mute. Although I’ve arguably become dependent on google maps, it needs a refresh. Now.

I love this app so much

Tamsin has been taking our family photos for years and we wouldn’t go anywhere else! Always fun and the photos are always breathtaking. Highly recommend!

The app is very decent, but hey, there is no CarPlay, which ruins its usability to ZERO. Where is CarPlay, Google?

8 out of 10 times it will give the long way or incorrect. REALLY need to upgrade directions

All of the other map apps failed me but this one is amazing!

Will not follow my location

Only issue here with me is that it takes forever to get your food. If I’m hungry. I don’t want to wait another 1hr / 1hr and a half for my meal to be in front of me.

Just when I need help Map it’s there love it

When u zoom in on the map the exit numbers stay small. Make so the exit numbers enlarge as u in large the map.

Fast navigation

Fix the issue to turn off show traffic on default. When show traffic is on, map is impossible to read.

This used to be my go to gps app and I used to recommend it to everyone and the last 10 times I’ve tried to use it it can’t figure out my location, it thinks I’m driving the opposite direction, and can’t keep up with where I am. Basically can’t be used now. Disappointing for sure

I read that google maps was one of the best basic location sharing services to use between the two devices. I (iPhone) can see the other person’s location fairly accurately though with some lag, whereas for the android user... they see my location being in left field (literally), 20 miles another direction than the roadway I’m driving on. Becoming more of a stressor than a convenience. The traffic pattern feature is nice though and seems to stay close to current conditions, ie. Wrecks, construction, weather, etc.

I always trust google maps to get me from point a to point b Because I live in New York and I travel a lot in and out and I don’t think it hasn’t been updated for along time
